Fantastic $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
After a short availability earlier this year, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned with an encore available until Dec. 2. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools developed by a specialized software company throughout their history, the complete package is valued at over $1,300. Additionally, there exist three different bundles offered in this deal.
The Main Attraction
The standout feature is definitely a lifetime license to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard mapping application that can be used to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Bundle Tiers
Basic Package
The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Monster Token Pack 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, yet it provides fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, more than two dozen top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
Intermediate Package
The eight-product collection for at least $15 offers enhanced value through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program which includes multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

All 17 volumes from the Annual series come with this bundle, plus numerous other resource and asset packs enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, underground complexes, urban centers, and continents in multiple viewpoints. You can even design character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle is so worth it, especially for cartographers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously more advantageous for cartography beginners considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal across platforms, the applications only function with Windows systems.
Philanthropic Aspect
Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 focused on improving the lives of children worldwide via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response.
